My name is Anton Medvedev — an Art Director, Concept Artist and Illustrator with over 5 years of experience in the game industry. I've worked across a wide range of genres and styles — gritty shooters, post-apocalyptic survival gear, Warhammer-style RTS armies, casual and mobile titles, and personal illustration — building a visual language for each project rather than repeating one look. I've worked in illustration since 2011 and in game development since 2020, progressing from junior specialist to Art Director.
As an Art Director I define and develop the visual direction of projects, build and optimize art pipelines, lead teams of artists and control quality across every stage of production, and maintain visual consistency and alignment with product goals. I have experience in both R&D / pre-production — exploring and establishing a visual language — and production, bringing projects through to release.

Art Director / 2D Artist
Art Director of GRIMPS — a gritty, insane grunge shooter for Steam. Developed the art bible to establish the game's visual style. Created key art, characters, environments and weapons. Supervised 3D artists to ensure visual consistency across the project.

Art Director for over a year on an RTS project in a Warhammer-style setting for Steam. Made key decisions on visual development, led a team of 4 artists, and created the full unit lineup (31 units) plus environment concepts and VFX.

A rhythm-dance mobile game released on Google Play and the App Store. Developed core character concepts, outfits and 100+ customization options, locations and props. Illustrated and animated track cover art, and supervised 3D artists for visual consistency.
